Academic Primary Care A full-time Academic Primary Care Physician is sought to join the core faculty team for a newly established Rural Family Medicine Residency Program in Winsted, CT. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the education of future rural family medicine physicians while providing outpatient care for patients of all ages (adult-only care optional).
Position Overview Title:
Academic Primary Care Physician (Clinical + Faculty role)
Location:
Winsted, CT (Litchfield County, Western Connecticut)
Setting:
100% outpatient, office-based
Primary Care Schedule:
Weekdays only; mix of precepting, patient care, and admin time
Call:
Very limited approx. 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Starting at $250,000+
Additional Compensation:
Uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend
