Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure inthe state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA orability to obtain prior to start The salary range for this role is$226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment.

SalaryRange is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actualrange and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based uponexperience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withall minimum wage laws as applicable.
