An Associate position is an employed role within one of our Partner’s practices. This is an individual contributor role for someone that wants to see their own patients and go home without thinking about the practice, or is averse to a Leadership position. Partnership is available in all of our practices with current Partner approval, meaning someone can grow with the practice and rise to the level of Partner if they do not elect it right away. The Dermatology group prides itself on numerous, unique opportunities it can present to you so you can fully utilize your training. This group has created an innovative program that provides dermatologists looking to sell their practice, and dermatologists who desire a partnership, an opportunity that previously has not existed in dermatology.

Groton is a town in New London County, Connecticut located on the Thames River. It is the home of General Dynamics Electric Boat, which is the major contractor for submarine work for the United States Navy.
