The Access Physician will primarily be responsible for evaluatingpatients for hospice eligibility over the phone or via thecomputer. Hours are flexible with at least 2 days a weekpreferred

• The Access Physician will also provide medical direction andsupervision of patient care; provide instruction and medicalsupport to Hospice staff; develop and implement education andconsultation services to medical communities, professionals andphysicians.
• The Access Physician can reside anywhere within ourservice area, but will be required to travel to Gainesville forinitial training and meetings as needed.
