Physician / Internal Medicine / Florida / Permanent / Internal Medicine Physician – Port St. Lucie, Position Available In Alachua, Florida

Job Description:

• Outpatient Internal Medicine
• Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
• Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
• 15-18 patients per day
• No hospital responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock
• 230k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
• Bonus 1: Up to $50k
• Bonus 2: Up to $20k
• Malpractice,
• $5,000 relocation
