- 75% Glaucoma/25% Comprehensive
- Currently referring out all Glaucoma cases
- State of the art ASC and practice
- Current MDs booked out 6-8 weeks with cataracts
- Minimal travel
- 1 location majority of the time
- Guaranteed base + bonus, full benefits including 401k with matching
