An established hospice/palliative team is growing and seeking aphysician to join the team. You will see patients in hospicecenters, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Candidatesshould be board certified in hospice and palliative care. Theschedule is typically Monday to Friday and there will be someperiodic evening and weekend call which is rotated equally. Thephysician will work closely with patients and their families tocreate an individualized plan. There will be some interaction withresidents who rotate through the service, so interest in teachingis ideal.
