Fleming Island, FL Salary and Benefits:
Sign On Bonus:
$100,000 Paid out in one lump sum or choice of spreading it out as a retention bonus over 5 years
Base Salary:
Aggressive compensation package per MGMA guidelines and based on years of experience Relocation Assistance Yes, amount determined case by case
Additional Compensation:
Productivity Model with a 3x annual salary threshold

Life Insurance Short Term & Long-Term Disability Responsibilities:
Monday Thursday 8:30AM 4:45PM Friday 8:30AM 12:00 Daily outpatient caseload is around 20 – 25 patients Hospital Call 1:5. Midwives cover first call 5 CNMs who participate in our call schedule. They each have one weekday each week. They rotate on weekends. Admitting hospital is Baptist Medical Center IOL and C/S are normally scheduled on provider call day early morning or lunch. Might flow into call day schedule based upon volume. Goal is to schedule GYN surgeries early morning or lunch to prevent blocking patient access office hours. If volume ramps up, then a day will be blocked for GYN surgeries. Approximately 300 deliveries per month
Requirements:
