Florida Gulf Coast ENT & Allergy is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist with a strong focus on thyroid and parathyroid disorders to join our well-established and growing private practice in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to develop and expand a thyroid and parathyroid-focused endocrinology program within a highly respected, patient-centered practice.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat thyroid disorders, including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules, and thyroid cancer.
Provide comprehensive care for parathyroid disorders, including hyperparathyroidism and calcium metabolism disorders.
Perform ultrasound evaluations and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies for thyroid nodules.
Work closely with ENT specialists and surgeons in the management of thyroid and parathyroid surgical cases.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including allergists, audiologists, and experienced support staff, to ensure integrated patient care.
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
Active or eligible for a Florida medical license.
Expertise or strong interest in thyroid and parathyroid disorders, ultrasound-guided procedures, and FNA biopsies.
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Interest in growing and leading a thyroid and parathyroid-focused endocrinology program within a multi-specialty private practice.
