Telephone Triage Physician Private Practice Naples, FL 34105 As a Telephone Triage representative, you will be essential in providing timely and effective patient care via phone call. With a strong emphasis on phone etiquette, you will ensure clear communication and support for patients, contributing to their overall health and well-being. Job duties will include (but are not limited to): Answers telephone in a prompt, courteous, respectful, and helpful manner for all incoming calls. Rescheduling of all appointments for patients for all neurologists and creating a follow-up if a patient calls and either needs to be seen sooner or does not have a follow-up scheduled. Enters patient demographics into system with accuracy. Confirms appointments. Responsible for triaging phone calls to inquire if they’ve been to another Neurologist in town and informing patient the Physicians will have to review their records prior to offering an appointment. Triaging patient requests for appointments to ensure we participate with their particular insurance company. Retrieving and documenting voicemails. Monitor the electronic fax box and distribute documents. Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, records accurate and complete messages. Demonstrate interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the staff and physicians. Complies will all HIPAA requirements
