Clinical Information:
Annual ED volume of 60,000; 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% average critical care rate Newly Renovated 22-Bed ED 44 hour physician coverage (10 hour and 12 hour shifts) 62 hours APP coverage
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.

in FM or IM with EM Experience Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role Active FL License
