CARDIOLOGY PHYSICIAN Position Available In Duval, Florida

Lead Our Heart Failure Program in Jacksonville, FL Baptist Heart Specialists, a leader in cardiovascular care, is seeking a Medical Director to lead and grow our distinguished Heart Failure program.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & grow our Heart Failure program. Oversee outpatient clinics & develop specialized inpatient & outpatient programs. Collaborate with a renowned team of cardiologists. Leverage advanced technology & state-of-the-art facilities.

Leadership & Management Skills:

Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals. Develop and implement strategic plans.

Clinical Expertise:

Demonstrate expertise in advanced heart failure management, including myocardial biopsy, right heart catheterization, mitral clips, and TAVR procedures.

Communication & Collaboration:

Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Program Development:

Create and implement new programs and initiatives within the Heart Failure program.

Quality Improvement:

Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.

Research & Education:

Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field of cardiology.

Qualifications:

Board-certified in

Cardiology Clinical Skills:

Expertise in myocardial biopsy, right heart catheterization, mitral clips, and TAVR procedures

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage teams

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborative Skills:
