Qualifications:
MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Active/Unrestricted Medical License Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine Education Required Doctorate of Medicine Education Preferred Doctorate of Medicine Experience 5-7 years Residency Training Required License and Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred Licensed Physician Required Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required Location Baptist Nassau 1250 South 18th Street Fernandina Beach, FL, 32034
