Baptist Primary Care Physicians at

Seven Pines Enjoy:

Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.
$20,000 commencement bonus

Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients
Centralized access center clinic support
The ability to pilot new medical technology, digital tools and care models
