Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.
$20,000 commencement bonus

Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients
