Job Description:

• Opportunity to make $250,000+ with bonus
• BC/ Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

• We encourage four well visits per year, proactive outreach to ourmost fragile and at-risk patients, same-day urgent appointments,and transitional care management.
• Our Physicians are able to better serve their patients throughsmaller panel sizes, fewer patient visits per day, and a focus onoutpatient medicine with state-of-the-art facilities and qualityteam members that share our value of providing 5-STAR service thatalways puts patient care and outcomes first.
• Physicians typically see12-15 patients a day with a capped panelaround 600 patients. Having a smaller panel size doesnt mean less;it means MORE. More time with your patients. More thoroughdiagnosis. More focus on prevention.
• This is aFULL-TIMEpermanent position
• Monday to Friday8:00 am
• 5:00 pm
• No weekends, No nights
• No hospital work required
