Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in Pensacola, FL! Daily Responsibilities for a Pediatric Hospitalist The pediatric intensivist position will involve a comprehensiveclinical experience with various clinical roles andresponsibilities, including: Evaluating and treating patients with appropriate medicaldiagnostic and treatment skills. Adheres, contributes, and develops clinical patient pathways toensure a standardized approach to pediatric medicine. Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success ofefforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care providedto patients. Accepts patient referrals from other physicians. Acts asadmitting, attending and/or consulting physician for patients whorequire hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending onneeds of patients, medical staff and hospital. Providers will be the primary educator for the pediatricresidents..
