Opportunity Overview Medically supervised care model Three operating rooms with a steady, efficient case flow Case mix: interventional pain, upper extremity, lower extremity, foot and ankle No total joints, except for the occasional total shoulder Schedule Start as early as 6:30 AM, typically 7:00 to 7:30 AM Most days wrap by 4:30 PM; occasionally run until ~6:00 PM Case Volume Up to 50 patients/day on heavy interventional pain days 25 to 30 surgical cases/day on surgery-focused days Work Culture Excellent teamwork, strong surgical collaboration, and consistently great outcomes Stable surgeon base and an efficient, well-managed facility Location Perks Enjoy life right outside of Tampa, one of Florida’s most vibrant cities with top-rated schools, beautiful weather, and easy access to beaches, sports, and entertainment Join us and be a part of something exceptional.
