$1.00 -$358.55 / hour Summary Responsible for the delivery of age andspecialty appropriate medical care through the process ofassessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention ofadverse events; treatment; and follow-up. Performs responsibilitiesin four areas of practice – clinician; teacher; leadership; andprofessional development. Collaborates with colleagues and otherprofessional disciplines to ensure safe; effective efficient andvalue added patient centered care; and the achievement of desiredpatient outcomes. Continuously monitors quality patient carethrough excellence in customer service and performance improvementthat demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Providesleadership in the LPG practice location and throughout Lee Health.
Possesses excellent communication skills with patient familycaregivers multidisciplinary team members medical staff members andall employees. Keeps quality and safety in the forefront in thedelivery of patient care. Participates/supports the integratedcontinuum of care of patients within LH/LPG.
