- Working at different clinicsbrings variety to daily work. Especially suited for those who feelgoing to same clinic every day becomes monotonous.
- Higherproportion of acute care patients than continuity patients.
Especially suited for clinicians who like urgent care medicine.
- All effort is made to schedule at clinics closer to home and hoursadjusted for longer commutes
- Reduced patient volume to accountfor unfamiliarity with patients.
- No weekends/holidays. Noafter-hour calls. Mileage reimbursement
- Great learningopportunity due to exposure to different clinics and clinicianswhich provides a good platform to work on clinical initiatives(workflow improvements, patient satisfaction, Electronic HealthRecords etc)

Required Qualifications:
- Doctor ofMedicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
- Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility inFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medicallicense in Florida or has Florida application in process
- ValidDEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment

- A working understanding and support of a managedcare environment
