Accepted Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ dermatological concerns, including skin examinations and medical history reviews. Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, skin cancer, and infections. Perform dermatologic procedures and treatments, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser therapy, chemical peels, and cosmetic injections. Provide personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating evidence-based medical therapies, lifestyle recommendations, and cosmetic procedures. Educate patients about skin health, disease prevention, and proper skincare practices. Monitor patients’ progress and response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including dermatopathologists, dermatologic surgeons, nurses, and aestheticians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Dermatology. Valid medical license to practice in the state. Proven experience as a Dermatologist. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes. Strong knowledge of current best practices in Dermatology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
