8:00AM-5:00PM, M-F Position Summary As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Ambulatory & Physician Services Division is a growing multi-specialty physician network of physicians and specialists who practice throughout Miami-Dade County at many different specialty care centers, seek to hire a primary care physician (Family Medicine) to join our highly regarded multi-specialty practice to open our first clinic in Broward County to serve Jackson Health System employees and their families. The Primary Care physician / Attending Physician is responsible for the planning, diagnostic development, management and evaluation of medical/services at the employee clinic/center of responsibility. Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS outpatients. Primary Care with average daily patient volume of 20. No call requirements. Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and their families. Education Doctorate degree in Medicine is required. Experience Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. License/Certification Valid Florida Medical License. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
