Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 17 to 21 daily

Call Schedule:

Call by phone rotated monthly per provider

Borinquen Medical Center in Miami, Florida is seeking a compassionate and well-equipped Geriatric Physician for a full-time clinical position with the opportunity to be on faculty for the family medicine residency program. We provide a comprehensive range of health and social services to our culturally diverse community in Miami Dade. Our quality services are accessible to all people throughout the area through a multi-discipline approach. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician will be responsible to diagnose illnesses, prescribe, and administer treatment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.).
• Licensed in the State of FL
• Must be Board Certified
• Must be Geriatric Fellowship trained
• CPR Certification
• Experience in primary care, public health, or community health preferred.
• FQHC experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Creole/English required
