Jacksonville Area Full Time Hours:

Monday

• Friday 8 am
• 5 pm Employed Average Patients seen: 20-40 minute appointments

Call Schedule:

Minimal, shared call rotation

Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

• Total Annual Earning Potential $300K+, based on years of experience
• Compensation structure: base pay + up to 20% annual bonus incentive
