Joint Commission ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to women across the lifespan, including gynecological problem visits, confirmation of pregnancy, prenatal and postnatal problem visits and primary care conditions exacerbated by pregnancy. Perform and interpret fetal monitoring and manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with the medical team. Deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced, high-volume triage setting, prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including OB/GYN physicians, nurses, OB/GYN residents and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated care. Provide emergency care when necessary, demonstrating clinical skills and knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology.

QualificationsQualifications:
Master s degree in Nursing or Midwifery (required). Masters in Physican Assistant Studies (required) Current licensure as a Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) Certification in fetal monitoring (preferred). At least 2-3 years experience in women s health, particularly in OB and GYN care. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in women s health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, triage environment. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
