Position Highlights :
The AdventHealth Family Medicine Residency Program in East Orlando, Florida, is an ACGME accredited program with Osteopathic Recognition that has been training residents for 50 years. The role emphasizes servant leadership, supporting others, operating transparently, and making thoughtful, sound decisions. Being familiar with working in a matrixed organization and taking a collaborative approach is beneficial. Participation in scholarly activity is expected. A key aspect of the position is fostering the professional growth of residents throughout their three year residency. The hospital leadership is very supportive of the program and the program director. The role involves guiding a team of 9 faculty members, of which two are recent graduates.
