Job Summary:
Applies and modifies the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide primary patient care. This Provider position provides coverage at designated clinics within the InnovaCare markets including interim help to various sites due to market growth, increased patient volume, provider shortages and transitions. In addition, the Provider will have the opportunity to work at different clinics and see a variety of patients. No weekends/holidays or after-hour calls.

Professional Advancement Required Qualifications:
- Board eligible, board-certified MD/DO with a degree from accredited medical school and residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a current and Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
- Advance Practice Provider (APP) such as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
