Job Responsibilities Provideexceptional patient care by integrating evidence-based conventionalmedicine with holistic and complementary approaches, tailored toeach individual’s needs. Lead the clinical team in deliveringwhole-person care, setting standards for excellence in bothpractice and patient experience. Collaborate closely withmultidisciplinary team members including nurses, health coaches,and wellness practitioners to develop and implement comprehensivecare plans. Serve as a thought leader in the development andrefinement of integrative care models within an insured healthcaresetting. Mentor and support team members in the practice ofintegrative medicine, fostering a culture of curiosity, growth, andcollaboration. Participate in ongoing training and development,including immersive education in Integrative Ayurveda (no priorexperience necessary). Engage in continuous learning and pursuecertification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), if not alreadycertified. Oversee and manage auxiliary staff, ensuring operationalefficiency and adherence to clinical protocols. Contribute toquality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation effortsthat enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain accurate,thorough, and timely medical documentation in compliance withorganizational and regulatory standards.
