Job Description:

The Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking an experiencedInpatient BC/BE Urology Hospitalist to join our growing Urologypractice in Orlando, Florida. This role will help support ourinpatient hospital team by performing consults, procedures,surgeries and assist in managing the inpatients of our largeoffice-based Urology group.

Role Requirements:

Board Certified in General Urology FL Medical License or ability to obtain one. Experience required. Not a J-1 sponsored position.

Practice Highlights:

The Urology Hospitalist team will offer support for OrlandoHealth Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando Health Horizon WestHospital, and Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital.

Schedule:

7 on 7 off with a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts Established Urology hospitalist program with over 20 Urologist;work as an integral part of Orlando Health Medical GroupUrology. Adult Urology only. Thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcaresystem. Dynamic administration that fosters physician autonomy when itcomes to clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. Robust clinical and operational resources in a collaborativework environment.

Financial Package:

Excellent and highly competitive compensation package with anaverage total compensation of $500k. Benefits package includes health/vision/dental insurance alongwith full malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferredcompensation, and retirement savings options. Generous sign-on bonus. Starting January 1 st Orlando Health offers 4 weeks ofcontinuous pay for parental leave.
