Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Clearwater FL 4-day work week We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our group full time in Clearwater, FL. Ideally, we are looking for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner who is eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and has US guided injection and/or joint injection experience. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice; to include joint and trigger point injections and the incoming Physician assistant/Nurse Practitioner will be performing these procedures, so we prefer a candidate with experience in those areas.

Our dedicated team consists of a medical doctor, physician assistant, chiropractic physician, rehab techs, and support staff•who collaborate to provide our patients with the highest level of care.

Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Order and review tests/labs Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities Manage patient care Treatments•perform trigger point/joint injections, regen med, vein ablations, and RFA (Ultrasound guided)we can provide training if needed Documentation and progress notes•timely and accurate Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner program Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in FL Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus Injection experience, PRP, Vein Ablation & RFA experience preferred
