The goal of physiatry is to maximize physical functioning, greatly decrease or eliminate pain, foster independence, and improve the quality of life for those suffering with a disability, chronic pain and physical impairments. This job will have the following responsibilities : Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida Are Board Certified (and ideally fellowship trained) as a Physiatrist, pain fellowship particularly Have practiced for at least 6 years Believe that more care is not always better care and the rush to surgery, imaging, and drugs ultimately hurts many patients Want to work in a collaborative care team environment with other physicians, mid-level providers, physical therapists, and health coaches Built or grown a musculoskeletal practice Managed multiple clinical locations and clinical persons Implemented new clinical technology at the point of care Experience creating clinical care guidelines Provided care via telehealth solutions Have start up experience

Qualifications & Requirements :

Manage the on-the-ground care team to deliver outstanding care Assess patients virtually and in-person to provide evaluation and management When appropriate, perform in-office procedures Train and manage mid-level staff and ancillary staff in providing effective care Collaborate with partner PCPs, Surgeons, and Physical Therapists to provide collaborative care Help to define and refine the clients Clinical Model Partner with the client’s Chief Medical Officer in refining care pathways and protocols Partner with the clients Head of Product to create a delightful and effective patient experience Partner with the clients Head of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient handling of patients across care settings By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
