ARNP Primary Care Physician UltraHealth LLC Lakeland, FL 33801 We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our primary care team. The ARNP will provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with evidence-based guidelines. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and labs. Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education activities.
