Scheduled through MSO; PACS training scheduled with PACS Administrator Fellowship /

Certification Requirements:

Be Board Certified (as defined in this Policy) in their primary area of practice at the Hospital. Individuals who are not Board Certified at the time of Application but who have completed their residency or fellowship or other applicable training within the last seven years will be eligible for Medical Staff Membership or Clinical Privileges. However, in order to remain eligible, those individuals must achieve Board Certification in their primary area of practice within seven years from the date of completion of their residency, fellowship or other required training Active FL License –
