Job Description
Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for PRN shifts from March 1-25 at onsite employee health center in St. Augustine, FL. Provider will see adults only to provide primary care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break; Exact shift needs are March 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, & 25. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment.
