5+ years post-fellowship

Schedule & Call:

Call:

1 in 6 weekends, covering all Northeast Florida hospitals when on call

Clinic & Surgery:

Balanced schedule with inpatient, outpatient, and surgical responsibilities

Support & Resources:

Dedicated full-time PA for assistance in office, hospital, surgery, and rounding
Access to advanced technology and a strong multidisciplinary team
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Year 1: 30 days
Year 2: 32 days
Year 3 & beyond: 35 days (cap remains at 35 days, even as a partner)
