MinimumRequirements:
Licensed to practice medicine plus four years ofappropriate experience. Completion of a residency program maysubstitute for the required experience.
PreferredQualifications:
Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEACertification. Medical Degree M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty. Completion of an accredited residency program.
