Palliative Medicine Fellowship Responsibilities:
Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker. Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred.
