- BC / BE Internal Medicine Physician opening due to growth-Large multispecialty group practice
- Approximately 55% commerciallyinsured patienst, 40% Medicare, 5% HMO
- See around 25 patients perday
- 4.5 day work week
- Income guarantee ($200k+ DOE) for years 1 &2 plus Bonus formula
- Transition to productivity-based comp in year3 or once practice is ramped up
- No buy-in partnership after year2
