Position Overview:

Remote, supporting VA facilities in
Augusta, GA Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interpretations of imaging studies, including MRI, CT, and X-rays.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss study results and provide timely, accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with American College of Radiology guidelines and VA protocols.
- Manage secure communication and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. with a current, unrestricted medical license in the U.S Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology Active credentials and privileges at the VA (including via VetPro) Experience with secure DICOM transmission, FIPS-compliant encryption, and VA PACS Compliance with HIPAA, ACR, and VA data handling policies Must maintain personal liability insurance and pass OIG exclusion review
Work Schedule:
- Must be available M-F 08:00 – 17:00, EST
- Participation in telehealth consultations and availability for urgent interpretations.
