Seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join awell-established and growing practice. There are currently2-full-time OB/GYN and 1-part-time OB/GYN and 3 CRNP in thepractice. Excellent payer mix with the majority of patients havingBlue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama.
Excellent salary and benefitspackage:
Three year employment contract with a competitive income basedupon Southern Median percentile Year-end incentive bonus for meeting pre-established qualityand patient satisfaction goals moving expenses up to $10,000 based on actual receipts $30,000 sign on bonus that can be paid as a stipend over thelast year of residency on a monthly basis Quarterly incentive bonus based upon WRVU model for outpatientvisits and inpatient admissions as outlined in final contract $3,000 annually for CME, books, periodicals, professionalmemberships, dues; 1 week for CME full malpractice insurance including tail coverage afterfulfillment of contract 50% on the first 5% they contribute to the 401k after 1 year ofemployment full comprehensive benefits package consistent with otheremployed physicians 25 days ETO (Earn time off) at the beginning of yourcontract.
