We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Psychologist(Outpatient) who: Conducts psychological screening, assessmentand/or evaluations on all patients referred for examination and/ormental health treatment. Prepares treatment plans for all patientsrequiring specialized therapy. Coordinates with consultingpsychiatrist to ensure patients requiring evaluation formedication, or re-evaluation of current medications, are seen bythe psychiatrist/physician in a timely manner. Ensures thepsychiatrist is aware of any information pertinent to the patient’sclinical condition. Interprets a patient’s self-report of behaviorand/or appropriate psychological tests. Delivers supportiveservices, consultation and educational programs for the department.
Communicates clinical findings in writing, as well as throughMental Health consultation with organizational staff. Providesdocumentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
