Operational Details & Scheduling:

Work Schedule:

This is afull-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, fromMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can beflexible if necessary.

Weekends & Major Holidays:

The office isclosed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.

Patient Volume& Schedule Structure:

2 new or 3 established patients per hour.

OnCall Responsibilities:

Phone calls only; calls are minimal andlight.

Scope of Services:

Clinical Focus:

We manage both chronicdiseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.

Technological Integration:

We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMRsystem and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimizedand efficient workflow.

Certification Requirements:

Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residentsmust be board-eligible and secure certification before commencingwork.

Coding & Billing Proficiency:

Strong knowledge ofICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

Salary:

Competitive Base Salary +Productivity bonus based on total physician collections. 350K-400kPer year take home first year
