South Georgia Gastroenterology Physician Locums Job Our client in South Georgia is seeking a Gastroenterologist to assist with ongoing coverage. The hospital is also recruiting for a new permanent physician if you’re looking for a new opportunity as well. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4 procedures days, 1/2 day outpatient clinic and 1/2 day administrative time. Details/Requirements for Assignment

• Coverage request: Looking for candidates that can offer 2 weeks per month availability
• Ongoing request, for at least the next 6-12 months.

• Location:

  Southwest Georgia

• Active Georgia license and current Board Certification required
• All outpatient coverage. Looking for general and advanced procedures coverage.
• There is one APP you’ll supervise
• No call
• On procedure days you’ll see 15-16 cases and on 1/2 day procedure days about 8 cases
• You ll also be allotted 4-hours of administrative time per week to ensure all notes and Pathology reports are complete
• Must be comfortable with conscious sedation, CRNA s are not available during the day
