Our busy and expanding OBGYN practice seeks a compassionate and strategic Office Manager to drive our daily operations. salary:

$50,000 – $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow for both clinical and administrative functions.
Manage 6-9 employees daily (front and back office)
Develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of all non-physician staff.
Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, physicians, patients
Conduct regular staff meetings to disseminate information and address concerns.
Work closely with the physicians to support their clinical practice and administrative needs.
Develop and implement staff development and training programs.
Manage employee schedules and time-off requests.
Implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Skills
