• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly Clinician role)

• Primarily seeing patients at our Sugarloaf office and Tuckeroffice in Atlanta, GA
• Potential flexibility to see patients at other Atlanta cliniclocations
• Weekly schedule expected to include hours at several Atlantaclinic locations What you’ll be working on
• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting amix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-buildingrole)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasionaltele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles,as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunitiesto perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role
• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state ofGeorgia.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team membersand communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focusedon using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required. One Medical providers also demonstrate
