A Pulmonary Medicine Physician General & Critical CarePulmonologist practice is seeking a qualified physician forAtlanta, GA. This and other physician jobs brought to you byExactMD. Medical Doctors Only Apply. Long standing Pulmonary group needs new a new partner. We arethe oldest and largest pulmonary practice in suburban Atlanta. Thephysicians of our practice have been providing medical care since that late1970—s. Currently we are looking for a new partner to join our team toprovide comprehensive pulmonary, critical care and/or sleep medicineservices to our patients. (Sleep is not a requirement of new physician) We offer a 1:6 call schedule and ICU coverage for a week at a timerotated through all providers. All of our partners are family oriented andwe enjoy a family friendly schedule. Our practice offers complete office based pulmonary and sleepevaluations, including complete pulmonary function testing, blood gases, chestx-rays, bone density testing, EKG and nasolaryngoscope (for evaluation ofchronic cough and upper airway disorders). ABI for evaluation of peripheral vasculardisease. In the hospital we provide management of critically ill patients inICU, pulmonary and sleep consultations. We offer management of mechanicalventilators, line placement (CVP, vascular catheters and Swan-Ganz catheters),intubations, chest tube insertion and thoracentesis. We perform interventionalbronchoscopy including endobronchial tumor ablation, hemoptysis control andforeign body removal via cryotherapy or electrocaultery and endobronchial stentplacement. We have 3 offices and 2 fully accredited sleep centers.– Our locations are all close proximity from the center of downtownAtlanta.
