Job Description
Willingness to have a weekday off in order to work a Saturday would be preferred. The site needs someone that can work 2 days a week. The site is looking for 2 providers, one provider at each worksite. Once credentialing receives a CLEAN complete package, please allow 21 days for credentialing to be completed.
