Compensation:

Competitive guaranteed salary (commensurate with experience) + Quarterly quality bonus (scaled by performance measures)

Job Type:

15 twelve-hour shifts|month (max 180 hours). Extra shifts and night shifts available for additional pay. Our client, a highly respected medical center in Georgia, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join their dedicated inpatient team. Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive inpatient medical care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses affecting internal organs
Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Develop and implement patient care plans, including medications and therapies
Collaborate with specialists and other members of the care team
Educate patients on treatment plans and health goals
