Job Type:
M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
; Call required 7 days per month. Extra pay for extra call. Our client, a respected and established medical center in Georgia, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join their growing team. You’ll work alongside a board-certified neurologist with the support of experienced nurse practitioners in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions
Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Work closely with patients to understand and manage symptoms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Conditions treated: Epilepsy and seizure disorders
Parkinson’s disease and tremors
Multiple sclerosis
Stroke
Dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease
Migraines and other headaches
Gait and balance disorders
Vertigo and dizziness
Brain tumors
Diagnostic Services:
CT (Computed Tomography) scans
EEG (Electroencephalogram)
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
EMG (Electromyography) and NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity)
PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scans
Arteriogram (Angiogram)
Lumbar puncture (Spinal tap)
Evoked potentials
Myelogram
