The ideal candidate will join immediately following fellowship training and will benefit from robust mentorship and clinical support.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations of patients requiring physical therapy or interventional pain managementDiagnose pain and physical limitations stemming from injury, disease, or chronic disabling conditionsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansPerform procedures such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplastyLead a multidisciplinary care team, including physical and occupational therapistsCounsel and educate patients and families on lifestyle adaptations and long-term careProvide support tools and interventions to improve function and quality of lifeEngage in clinical research and continuous learning to enhance patient outcomes
