Seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician with
NICU/ NRP
experienceto provide coverage for our 18 bed MBU nursery and our growing 4-6 bed Level-II NICUFull time position includes a scheduled rotation of 7 days on/7 days off with considerable flexibility in scheduling (providing a total of 15 – 24H covered shifts per month) and rotating holidaysSchedule includes roundingon both unitsduring the day and call from home at nightSkilled NICU nursing staff attends all deliveries, MD called to attend only complex/very premature deliveriesIdeal candidate will have experience with bread-and-butter care of premature infants as well as neonatal proceduresNo circumcisions1K annual births at this facilityGreat work-life balance, multiple educational opportunities, small family-like unit with exceptional supportWellStar Health System, one of the largest health systems in Georgia, is known nationally for its innovative care models, focused on improving quality and access to healthcare.
